Comfort & Son is a 4th generation, family owned and operated jewelry store serving the Southern Tier of New York since 1932. As a full service jeweler Comfort & Son offers a full array of services including on-site appraisals, on-site repairs, engraving and custom jewelry design and construction. Through our highly personalized customer care philosophy, Comfort & Son pride ourselves o
n the opportunity to participate in building relationships and lives. In late 2009 Comfort and Sons moved from their location on Main Street in Johnson City to their present location on The Vestal Parkway in Vestal. This convenient location next to Binghamton University had proven integral in growing the business and creating awareness. Honesty, knowledge, and trust are our trademarks of the Comfort and Son name and these qualities help us create a "value based, not price based" environment for our customers. Consequently, if satisfaction is a benchmark, 80% of our business is derived from repeat customers.
