Just wow 🫶 feeling incredibly privileged and humbled to have trekked in the Annapurna mountains and to visit stunning Nepal 🇳🇵 the scenery is amongst the most beautiful I have ever seen and the Nepalese people amongst the most hospitable and kind people I have met ❤️

We have finished our trek, visited Pokhara and are off to our last stop in Kathmandu tomorrow - an incredible adventure ❤️

I’m so looking forward to ELEVATE AT BENHAM tomorrow Wednesday 30th September.

The lineup of speakers is fantastic. As an avid traveller, I’m looking forward to Justin Packshaw speak, but also all the amazing speakers about women’s health, nutrition, exercise, supplements and much more.

Also networking with the fabulous brands showing at ELEVATE and last but not least to show all visitors my collection and chat about my brand ❤️

What a fabulous quick hop over to one of my favourite cities, Paris ❤️🇫🇷

Productive days meeting with my favourite supplier and good friends - sneaky café au laits and croissants from one of the millions of artisan boulangeries and a gorgeous morning walk through a quiet city to Jardin Luxembourg.

A quick weekend in Paris can do wonders for the soul ❤️

I am delighted to announce that I will be taking part in ‘ELEVATE AT BENHAM’ on 30th September as a founding member of the ENL Collective - a beautifully curated event elevating health, lifestyle, entrepreneurship, style and modern living.

Set in one of England’s most beautiful Georgian estates Benham Park Events and organised by dynamic duo Caroline Cary and Millie Craig at Eat Nourish Love (ENL) Events & Collective - this promises to be an event not to be missed.

I’ve lived, worked and travelled to over 60 countries - Marrakesh remains one of my absolute favourite places to visit ❤️

It’s a designer’s dream - the colours, textures, history - a sensory overload and so inspiring - I love getting up early wandering the medina and taking photos ❤️

Early birthday celebrations and finding out two gorgeous friends were in Marrakesh at the same time - what more can a girl ask for 🍾😎❤️
