Victorian ladies wore the natural world pinned to their hearts. This silver brooch carries a real jewel beetle, its shell glowing a deep, iridescent green like light on dark water.

Held in a silver collet, with a tiny silver head, fine antennae and turquoise cabochon eyes. A living jewel, preserved in time. 🌿
