I always love doing a market in my home town or close by. I’m looking forward to being back in the area for summer market at 🥰

The market is on for two days 13th and 14th June. I’ll be there for Sunday 14th only. Pop in to the Pavilion and say Hello, 11am to 4pm.

I’ll have a selection of my handcrafted silver jewellery to have a look at and try on. Perfect for any occasion, gifts or a wee summer treat for yourself.

Sunday 14th June I’ll be at Kelburn Castle & Estate with Wild Ivy Markets 11am to 4pm. You’ll find us in the Pavillion. Always lovely to be back home in the Largs area. 💖

Friday 19th to Sunday 20th June - I’m heading north to Inverness for Wasps Studios Summer Artists & Makers Market at Inverness Creative Academy Midmills Building. 19th - 4pm to 8pm, 20th & 21st - 10am to 4pm. It’s the first time I will be sharing my jewellery in the area and I’m really looking forward to it.☺️

I was looking through my photos for some inspiration and came across this picture of an old chain I had taken while on holiday.

It’s got me thinking about chains and what kind of chains do you prefer to wear?

I’d love to know your thoughts.

Are you a chunkier the better chain wearer or a plain and simple? Do you prefer a pendant that has the flexibility to move on the chain or a necklace with a fixed feature? Snake chains, trace chains, silver, gold….the lest could go on.

Let me know what you like and don’t like about chains in the comments.

There are lots of moments that bring me pure joy when making jewellery and this was a particular high.

I was delighted to be able to help a costumer were their wedding ring again.☺️

She hadn’t had it on in years because it was now too big. I was asked if I could help resize it and add some of the original details that had faded over the years when it had been worn.

To be trusted with something so special as an existing wedding ring really is a honour. The reaction of the customer and her husband brought so much joy. Seeing the ring look like it had done all those years ago made them speechless.❤️

I wish I had remembered to take better before and after photos.🤦🏻‍♀️ these do not do it justice.

Jewellery isn’t just a fashion statement it can mark a moment and make lifetime memories.🥰

Did any one else struggle to get motivated on this lovely sunny bank holiday Monday?

I did!🙋🏻‍♀️ I’m sure, like me, you would much rather have been outside enjoying the sun than working. So I used my time productively and did some cleaning and organising in the studio with the windows open and the tunes on.

I’m hoping this will set me up for the rest of this sunny week.🤞🏻🤷🏻‍♀️
