Off to Turnberry - working though (with my jewellery) so I need to be comfy. This outfit was inspired by one that I saw wear earlier in the week and I thought she looked fantastic. The shoulder pads in this old suit jacket are a bit Dynasty so they might need reducing - It’s funny how fashions change and these feel just a bit too big. Anyway, keeping it simple with pearls and a delicate bracelet. Have a great day everyone x.

I do love a little scarf at the neck - mainly because I like the warmth of them. These little skinny scarves and thinner weight square ones do the job but without adding any bulk or making you over heat. Off to the Edinburgh Festival and it’s all about the layers - clothes and jewellery. I can deal with being too warm but if I’m cold I’m a moaning Minnie so I’ve added as many as I possibly could. Have a lovely weekend everyone x

Answering a couple of questions about the pearls with the removable vintage style section - yes they can be worn without this section and yes they do go round three times so they are actually even more versatile than I first thought! All available to buy in my McTavishCollection.com website R x

This new versatile pearl necklace with antique style section is brilliant - you can wear it doubled up or round three times all because of the clever lobster clasps that detach the chunky floral section. You can even do away with that bit altogether if you like. Plus I was in H&M and picked up the most incredible bargain - jeans for £6!! Didn’t realise until I was editing that Louis was tucked away quietly under the desk while filming.

Sorry if I gabble through this but there’s a lot to tell you about. The main thing is my layering necklaces - brilliant pieces to have just to add a bit more interest to any necklaces you already own plus they’re only £15! Also the new stretchy rivet cuffs are finally in. R x.

Wait till you see this clever little necklace. Such a great fastening in the back of the diamanté section which means it can be unhooked, wrapped round as many times as you like and then refastened. Genius!

Really wanted to show you this new scarf which has loads of gorgeous shades of blue. Perfect with denim. Also new shades of the embossed cuffs in stock plus another way to wear the baroque pearls. It’s all go! You know me - just pile the whole lot on…
