🧘🏼‍♀️ TAKING A BREAK 🧘🏼‍♀️

Evening all.. Still very busy in the shop with many lovely customers visiting our beautiful coastline for their summer break 😊

Thank you to Teri Prindible for capturing me and my little assistant busy being creative today 🥰

Her other favourite hobby is musical theatre at our local The Seagull Theatre and she is taking part in a summer school there next week so rather than opening and closing for drop offs and pick ups I will be taking a short break for taxi services and for us to spend some afternoons together before she heads back to school in a couple of weeks time 😬

I will be open tomorrow (Saturday) 10-4 then off from Sunday through to Friday 28th and open again Saturday 29th for our Love Where we Live Day at Henstead Arts & Crafts Centre 🌿

Miss P then has auditions for a Christmas production Sunday 30th so I will be closed that day too then back to my usual Wednesday to Sunday from the 2nd September 😊

I have added several new lines to the website with more to follow so keep and eye on the 'All Products' section for those and I will still be around to pack and post orders as necessary next week 💌

Morning all.. Sorry for the radio silence but it's been a tricky fortnight since I lost my fur baby and super busy in the shop with lovely visitors to our beautiful coastline 🌊

The distraction of the work/summer holiday balance has been helpful at times but the void once home has hit hard too 💔

The lovely messages of support from customers near and far have been a huge comfort as so many of us understand the loss of a pet and the impact they can have on our lives 🐾

It seemed fitting to share these recent additions to the shop and website.. Symbols of love and featuring rare red sea glass from my travels to the Durham coast 🌊

Red earrings are a rarity in my collection as finding a matching pair from my small collection of rare colours is tricky so be quick as once they've gone they've gone!

If you are lucky enough to live near to Henstead Arts & Crafts Centre pop in this weekend as we have our two day summer craft fair in our courtyard 😊

🌈 SMOKEY 🌈

Thank you all for the lovely messages following my sudden closure on Sunday.. Sadly my beautiful fur baby passed away late Sunday night peacefully at home 💔

He will now be reunited with his brother Sooty who left earth 7 years ago due to various health issues 💔

He has been by my side for 17 years, nearly half my lifetime and a loyal, caring and affectionate constant through many trials and tribulations in my life and I am utterly heartbroken to lose him 💔

Please bear with me as I navigate the grief and don't be surprised to find me blubbering in the corner of the shop from time to time when I stop and reflect 💔

Give your fur babies lots of cuddles.. I would give anything for one more with him 💔

Year 5 complete.. Just one more year of primary school 🥹

Wish me luck for the work/holiday juggle people 🥴

My little assistant will be joining me in the shop at times so prepare yourselves for random chats and lots of interruptions 🙈😂

I will remain closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and am taking a week off from the 23rd of August but I will mention that again nearer the time 😊

Evening all... Apologies for the silence this week but it's been a busy one both in the shop and at home 🥴

I have just added this absolute beauty to the website.. Made by a small family run workshop out in the Baltic, the home of amber 🧡

Forever grateful for the relationships I have with other small businesses that allow me to bring you a wider range of jewellery beyond my skills 🥰

The perfect reminder of a summer day at the beach don't you think 🌊

Just a little reminder that I am only open 10-1 tomorrow (Saturday) as we have a celebration of life service for a dear family friend 💜

Morning all.. A little late sharing with a busy morning in the shop yesterday followed by Sports Day in the afternoon but this was how I started my Wednesday and I'll never take it for granted 🥰
