To learn off such an experienced silversmith like Miriam was invaluable. Her patience, guidance and wisdom within this technique and beyond was just amazing, and i feel really honered to have been given the opportunity to absorb all the information given and can't wait to start implementing it in my work!

Thankyou so much , you really do go above and beyond in your workshops! I might be back to learn some more 👀❤️ and thankyou to workshop pals , Mike and Val (also Mumma Hanid, baby Eva and thyme the dog) for being great company this week 😊🐾🔨 oh... And also Blake for providing really delicious lunches everyday to keep us fueled up 🤤🤤😜

It's our final day at so feels right to finally share these delightful photos of my final major project.

This project was inspired by the coincidental clash of finishing my degree alongside my parents 25th Silver wedding anniversary.

Each stone represents them and their children through birthstones, celebrating the unity and love that has been created through their marriage.

The designs textures and raw stone settings were inspired by cornwalls rocky coastlines whilst the polished edges and interior of gold compliments and creates contrast to these elements.

It was really special creating somthing special for those I love the most ❤️
