01/01/2026
As we turn the page on another year, I want to take a moment to speak candidly.
2025 presented more challenges than I ever expected — both at the shop and, eventually, at home. The weight of those challenges made it difficult at times for us to be our very best. And for a perfectionist like me, not operating at the level I expect of myself was incredibly hard. Every small bump in the road felt magnified, and over time that took a real mental toll — one that affected not just my work, but who I was as a husband and a father.
Those who truly know me know this: my family will always mean more to me than diamonds, gold, or Google reviews. And when something starts to threaten that balance, it’s time for change.
With that in mind, I will be taking some intentional time off as we move into the new year.
During this time, we will be completing the pieces currently in our queue while also restructuring and reorganizing how we operate. The goal is simple — returning to our roots. That means narrowing our focus to what we do best: creating truly custom pieces. It also means limiting the number of clients we accept at any given time so we can continue producing exceptional work without feeling rushed.
📕 We do not order from catalogs.
🚢 We do not import mass-produced pieces from overseas.
💍 We create custom jewelry — and custom cannot be rushed.
As part of this reset, we will be reinforcing our policies to set clearer expectations and, when necessary, ending working relationships that do not respect how we operate. This isn’t about exclusivity for the sake of ego — it’s about restoring the premier, intentional brand we started as, protecting our reputation, and, frankly, preserving my sanity.
I also want to say this: if I wasn’t as sharp or responsive as I’ve been in years past — especially over the last couple of months — I sincerely apologize. I am going to take 2025 on the chin, learn from it, and adapt to the changes in the industry as we work toward something better.
With the exception of those who have already reached out, we will not be accepting new clients until early February. You’re welcome to contact us before then with the understanding that we’re laying the groundwork now so that 2026 can be our very best year yet.
Thank you to those who continue to support, trust, and believe in our work. It truly means a great deal. Wishing everyone a happy New Year filled with health, prosperity, clarity, and continued success!
One final note — we know we’ve been quieter than usual on social media. Between a heavy workload and everything happening behind the scenes, posting took a back seat. Sharing the pieces we create is something we genuinely enjoy, and as we reset and refocus, we look forward to getting back to sharing the incredible custom work we’re honored to create for you. Tune in tomorrow to see the first of the pieces we’re excited to share from last year — which feels strange to say!
