Acting as a one-stop service center, provides trade information and advisory services, match-making link-ups, business networking, statistics on Thai products and manufacturers, as well as helping to find suitable trade partners. The DITP currently operates almost 63 offices in 48 major cities around the world, plus 5 regional offices in Thailand. Thai Trade Center (Hong Kong), also known as Office of Thai Trade Commissioner, Commercial Section of Royal Thai Consulate in Hong Kong, provide services covering HKSAR and Macau SAR.

The Consul-General of Thailand in Hong Kong, together with the Department of International Trade Promotion, Hong Kong Office (DITP Hong Kong), visited and extended support to Thai entrepreneurs participating in the Hong Kong W**e & Dine Festival 2026, held at the Central Harbourfront Event Space, Hong Kong, from 29 October to 1 November 2026. The festival is one of Hong Kong’s largest food and beverage events, bringing together culinary and beverage brands from around the world and attracting a large number of food lovers and tourists.
This year, Thai exhibitors proudly showcase the unique flavors and charm of Thai cuisine to international consumers. Among them were Thai SELECT restaurants including RESTORAN SAYA (Booth A139), which featured popular Thai dishes such as Khao Soi, Tom Yum Dry Noodles, and Green Curry, and WONG CHUN CHUN (Booth C401), which presented its signature traditional shrimp crackers alongside local Hong Kong specialties.
In addition, Rosjad (Booth C407) offered a range of beloved Thai dishes prepared by Thai chefs, including Pad Kra Pao and Mango Sticky Rice. Visitors also had the opportunity to sample Thai rice w**e and premium Thai w**es from the Devanom brand by Bullubullu (Booth B405). Their participation highlights the growing recognition and demand for Thai food and beverage products in the Hong Kong market.

Ms. Chan Shuk-fong รองประธานกรรมการและกรรมการบริหารของบริษัท Tai Hing Group Holdings เปิดเผยว่า ตลาดผู้บริโภคฮ่องกงในปีนี้เริ่มฟื้นตัวและกำลังซื้อของประชาชนปรับตัวดีขึ้น แม้การใช้จ่ายโดยรวมยังไม่น่าจะเติบโตอย่างรวดเร็ว ท่ามกลางกระแส “Northbound Consumption” ที่ชาวฮ่องกงนิยมเดินทางไปใช้จ่ายในจีนแผ่นดินใหญ่ กลุ่มบริษัท Tai Hing ยังคงมีผลประกอบการแข็งแกร่ง โดยกำไรครึ่งปีแรกเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 83 และรายได้รวมเพิ่มขึ้นร้อยละ 8.2 Ms. Chan Shuk-fong ระบุว่า ความสำเร็จมาจากการเน้นตลาดขนาดใหญ่ (Mass Market) ที่มีระดับราคาคุ้มค่าและสอดคล้องกับพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคในปัจจุบัน บริษัทมีแผนเปิดสาขาใหม่ในปีหน้าอย่างระมัดระวัง พร้อมย้ำว่าการบริการโดยมนุษย์ยังคงเป็นหัวใจสำคัญที่เทคโนโลยีไม่สามารถทดแทนได้ สำหรับอนาคต Tai Hing จะเดินหน้าขยายธุรกิจภายใต้แนวทางที่รอบคอบและปฏิบัติได้จริง เพื่อเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งและความยั่งยืนของธุรกิจในตลาดฮ่องกง

Ms. Chan Shuk-fong, Vice Chairman and Executive Director of Tai Hing Group Holdings (6811), said Hong Kong’s consumer market has shown a clear recovery this year, with local consumers becoming more willing to spend despite a still-cautious overall market outlook. While Hong Kong’s restaurant sector continues to face pressure from “Northbound Consumption,” Tai Hing reported strong results, with first-half profit rising 83% to HK$74.88 million and revenue increasing 8.2% to HK$1.85 billion. According to Ms. Chan Shuk-fong, the group’s success stems from its mass-market positioning, offering affordable dining options that match consumers’ growing focus on value for money. The company plans to resume opening new outlets next year in a prudent manner and believes that while technology and robotics can improve operations, the human touch remains essential in the catering industry. Looking ahead, Tai Hing will continue to adopt a prudent and pragmatic approach to expansion, focusing on strengthening business resilience and maintaining sustainable growth in Hong Kong’s challenging market environment.

งาน Hong Kong W**e and Dine Festival 2569 จะจัดวันที่ 29 ต.ค.–1 พ.ย. 2569 ณ Central Harbourfront พร้อมขยายเวลาเปิดถึงตีหนึ่งเป็นสองคืนและเพิ่มบูธกว่า 340 บูธมากขึ้นร้อยละ 10 จากปีก่อน ปีนี้คาดมีผู้ร่วมงานราว 168,000 คน โดยพื้นที่จัดงานขยายถึง Tamar Park และมีโซนไวน์พรีเมียม Grand W**e Pavilion จากกว่า 31 ประเทศ ไฮไลต์รวมถึงเมนูพิเศษจากเชฟมิชลินสตาร์ใน Tasting Room แบบ “10-hand collaborative banquet” และอาหารเฉพาะฮ่องกงในโซน Only in Hong Kong มีโรงแรม 26 แห่งร่วมเสนอเมนูเด่น เช่น satay beef bun จาก Kowloon Shangri-La และเค้กใบเตยจาก The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel

The 2026 Hong Kong W**e and Dine Festival will run from 29 October to 1 November 2026 at Central Harbourfront , extending opening hours to 1 a.m. on two nights and increasing booths to over 340, about 10% more than last year. Attendance is expected to reach 168,000, with expanded venue space reaching Tamar Park and a premium Grand W**e Pavilion featuring w**es from over 31 countries. Highlights include Michelin star chefs presenting a “10 hand collaborative banquet” at the Tasting Room and unique local creations in the “Only in Hong Kong” zone. Twenty-six hotels will showcase signature dishes, such as satay beef buns from Kowloon Shangri La and pandan cakes from The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel. Following the four-day festival, “Hong Kong Gourmet Month” will run throughout November with limited edition dishes and dining offers citywide. Online ticket sales begin on 12 October, covering tasting passes, grand w**e passes, and the exclusive Taste of Time banquet.
