There’s 1 space available on the next bezel setting workshop on Saturday 8th August 10-5 pm. You can make a ring or pendant and there will be gemstones, dichroic glass or sea glass to choose from or feel free to bring along some of your own and we can test it for suitability. If you’d like to make yourself a beaded style ring (it’s not actually made with beads) then there’s 3 spaces remaining this Sunday. You can make it from either sterling silver, gold filled or rose gold filled wire. Gold filled metals are made from a brass core with a heavy gold plating that can be soldered giving the look of a gold finish without the price tag.

This workshop is £55 (with a small additional charge is you opt for either of the gold filled options).

There were so many things made today it was impossible to photograph everything so here’s a small selection. Day 2 of this course was all about turning the colourful anodised aluminium into jewellery so it was a full day of punching/cutting shapes and creating designs and there will be lots of assembling going on at home this evening I imagine 🤣

The next two dates are 1 day workshops and there’s space on both. The November session is a Christmas decoration & Jewellery workshop.

This is just a small sample of everything made on day 1 of this weekends course. Day 1 is all about adding colour to anodised aluminium and tomorrow everyone will begin to make their panels into jewellery. Can’t wait to see the results!

I’m not running another 2 day course this year but there are a couple of 1 day workshops available including a Christmas decoration & Jewellery course.
