Week 1 of Back to Calm complete 😁

This week we were thinking about Change.
We had a think about some changes we go through, whether they felt like big changes or small changes and had a chat about how they can make us feel.

We realised that just like Traffic lights some changes can make things run smoothly and be helpful🚦
Like the seasons changing it can give us things to look forward to, like the sun on a Summers Day ☀️ and just like the Caterpillar changing to a Butterfly 🦋 or seeds growing to flowers 💐 some changes cause something beautiful to happen 💜
