Creative Operations & Brand Manager!
This role has been designed to combine leadership across:
• brand development
• creative direction
• luxury client experience
• operational systems
• studio management
• visual presentation
• campaign and content oversight
• and the continued evolution of The Jewel Room as we expand
As discussed, we are entering a significant growth phase, including:
• expansion within Ayr
• e-commerce development
• national growth ambitions
• elevated luxury positioning
• and longer-term multi-site development projects
Importantly, I am not looking to bring someone in simply to “manage a shop.”
I am looking for someone who can help us build something distinctive, progressive, and long-term.
The role would come with genuine responsibility, creative input, operational influence, and the opportunity to grow alongside the business as the wider vision develops.
Proposed package:
• Salary: depending on final structure and responsibilities
