On Friday, the 11th of September, Forest View Primary School in Waterfall is hosting a 5 a side soccer tournament. There will be a market as well. This event will run from 4 until 8.
On Saturday, the 12th of September, we will be at the Kloof Family Market at the Junction, 53 Abelia Rd, Kloof from 9 until 2.
Then to round off a market weekend we will be going to the Hilton Train Station market on Sunday. The market runs from 9 until 2.

On Saturday, the 5th of September, it is the Family Fun Day at the Fynnland Sports Field, 55 Smith Drive, Bluff from 11am until 2pm. There is a fun filled programme that will run throughout the day.
The Lions club of Amanzimtoti will be hosting Classic Cars and Bikes by the river at the Amanzimtoti Civic Centre on Sunday the 6th of September from 8am until 4pm.

Why β€œresting it” is not always the best answer

Think less β€œdo nothing” and more β€œkeep moving, but modify.”

A short walk, gentle mobility work, lighter training, and good recovery habits can often be more helpful than spending days on the couch.

If pain is severe, worsening, or not improving, it is worth having it assessed.

On Saturday, the 29th of August it is the Rise together against Cancer market from 2 until 8. The market is being held at Northlands girls high school.
