The truth and the whole truth is that I don't really enjoy working out , I swim. I'm a water baby .

What has become my new comfy but smart and sexi every day clothes is luxe gymwear ,
Great fitting leggings
Tops with interesting detail
And sexi hoodies in different fabrics .
Adidas is my go to brand ,
Oh and the cream..
I have a wardrobe of sexi sneakers ..
A good quality handbag and I'm set to go .

It's the new luxe sportswear
And a worldwide trend

My key style is simplicity , gained from my mum .
Who was a woman , formidable.
Less is more .
Fabric and flow is everything.
I'm not into prints nor colors .

I have just purchased my georgette black sleeveless shirt dress , paring with slim 3/4 ankle structured pants and a Sexi flat sandal , and skin bag to suit the mood .

In SA , TRENNERY , COUNTRY ROAD AND WITCHERY , add Zara , for a good range of international trends ,

I was in Paris not so long ago .
Style chic , a supposed , for the Parisian woman.
What I actually critically observed , that even in their less is more approach , which I myself subscribe to .
The woman are plain , nondescript .
The Parisian man on the other hand , is on point .
Classically suave with an air of an effortless thrown together look.

Dearest friends

A few weeks ago , I divulged to you that I have breast cancer and have since had a bilateral mastectomy and reconstruction of both breasts . I have shared a number of my posts on this page of mine , specifically for one reason only , and that is to create awareness of the potential life death scenario it presents .

I in 31 will get breast cancer
Early detection = quick intervention = survival .

Please like my new page and share this post so we can unite as females and save our lives , for ourselves and our loved ones .

My passion to spread this news, which hit me unexpectedly , is bubbling in me . I am holding myself responsible TO CREATING THIS AWARENESS
