Mari’s Kumquat Preserve

Kumquats have been called "the little gold gems of the citrus family". The sweet and sour taste which is unlike anything else has served as
inspiration for Mari’s kumquat preserve. Mari’s Kumquat Preserve is carefully prepared with each fresh kumquat
sliced delicately by hand and all pips removed. Each jar contains 78% kumquat slices 21.4% juice& sugar
and 0.6% brandy to r

ound-off the flavour. This gourmet preserve is versatile .
• Served on cheese platters/ with Brie or Ice-cream/ Plain Yogurt/Crepes and Waffles.
• Used in Baking cakes and confectionery/cheese cakes and cookies
