This week has finally brought a chance to reflect on the journey I began more than two years ago.

From taking the first steps to revive the MONCEAU name, to finally delivering our first Model 01s in January 2026, there have been so many highs and lows, an incredible number of lessons learned (often the hard way) and - with everything riding on this venture - there have been many sleepless nights.

But seeing the first Model 01s being assembled and then receiving so many incredible messages from customers when they received their watches, gave me a sense of pride the likes of which I've never experienced before in my working life. It's a feeling that's addictive and it makes me determined to work harder to ensure I can experience it again with our future releases!
