My name is Dani (short for Danielle) and I'm the founder of Mischief Management Ink! What made me want to start my own blog & shop? When baby Eli was born I told myself I wanted to be home with him as much as I could. I wanted something FUN. So, I brainstormed some ideas and got together with some other Etsy shop owners and Entrepreneurs and decided to get my butt into gear! How did I decide what
to do? Honestly, I started by reading a book. I know, cliche right? Well, this particular book, really helped open my eyes to what I had been avoiding and helped me think through the steps so I knew where to start and what to do. If you're looking for a fresh start, or even to just improve what you're doing now, I highly recommend reading this book! It's called "START" by Jon Acuff. What kind of experience do I have? Well, I've been into art of all kinds since childhood. As I've gotten older I've delved deeper into digital art and design. To top it off I have a love for all things nerdy (yes I freely admit it). For the last 4 years I've been working as a marketing coordinator in an office setting. During this time I've written LOADS of blogs, tutorials, how-to's, etc. Plus I have managed all of their graphic design efforts as well as working closely with the media like NBC, ABC, Forbes, etc. So I took those skills and applied them here!
