Close up of my new piece going up this week at Artspace in Raleigh. This is the first time I’ve used Kinusaiga for my work. It is a Japanese fiber art technique that I teach in my high school classes. It’s high meditative and I love the final product.

Lots of spots left!

This 3.5 hour class will teach how to create an 7.5”x7.5” square flower mosaic lamp. Participants will learn how to cut and set glass pieces. This takes approximately 3-3.5 hours. This piece will come with lights that will illuminate the mosaic. Mosaic lamps will be left with the instructor to be grouted. Pick up will be approximately one week after the class at the Renaissance Centre.
