Virginia firearm laws are changing, and we know many customers are receiving mixed information.

York Pawn and Gun is proceeding with caution while continuing to look out for our customers, our staff, and our FFL compliance responsibilities.

We are currently able to assist with lawful firearm sales and transfers that can be clearly completed under current federal and Virginia requirements. Some private-party transfers or items in unclear categories may require extra time, prior coordination, or additional guidance before we can proceed.

Our community has a chance to come together for one of our own. A YPSO Deputy’s wife is currently facing a cancer diagnosis, and we’re asking for your support during this difficult time.

With only five minutes to closing time.. we would love to thank our committed and loyal customers for keeping us busy on this Memorial Day weekend. We will be closed on Monday in observation of the holiday. We will re-open Tuesday from 10am-6pm.
