When I started making jewelry over 13 years ago I knew I really wanted to learn silversmithing. Work and life put that dream on the back burner for way too long. Until one day - shared a new opportunity to learn from home at my own pace. When she opened I was waiting anxiously to click that button and join. It’s taken me several months to get my little workshop stocked up and hours of practicing different skills. But - I can say with so much damn pride that I’ve completed my very first piece, and I LOVE it! I’m beyond excited to start this venture and to share my work with the world as time goes on. Stay tuned for more handmade pieces to come. 🖤

Miracle March!

Thursday March 22nd -

I had to leave the house no later then noon!
This required me cleaning it my truck (which if you know me.. nuff said!), packing bags for Richard, Fallon, Zeke and myself, loading the truck and the kids, taking out the trash, turning down the thermostat, feeding dogs ducks and chickens, making sure all horses and cows where accounted for and alive, feeding momma cat and kittens and getting the mail on the way out. Nothing crazy right?? Well Mother Nature also decided to show up for work that day and it was pouring inches and inches of rain the days before and the day we left. The creek even got so high and full of debris that it blocked our culvert and crossed the road. Needless to say I wasn’t feeling any of my “must-do” list.
Regardless 12:15 and we were on the paved road. Town bound for new tires and a full tank of fuel before hitting the road to Idaho!

The month of March brought our little slice of heaven we call home 9 inches of rain!!! More then we had seen in months!

Monday April 2nd -

The entire week we were gone it was sunny and warm! The feeling of joy that washed over me as I pulled into our driveway was sublime! You can almost hear the grass growing minute by minute. The cows and horses share in my joy I’m sure!

So thank you Mother Nature! Thank you for our miracle March! We welcome you any day!
