Schumacher Custom Boots and Saddles We are a small business that specializes in the lost art of custom boot and saddle making. Our boots are hand lasted. Our prices start at $650 for custom boots.

Mark Schumacher has been designing and handcrafting these works of art for over 25 years. We use the best American and imported leathers available to make our products. The upper leathers are selected cuts from the best part of the hide or skin that we are working with. Hand lasted boots retain their fit for the life of the boot. Our boots are custom fitted; this gives you the very best fit for bo

th your feet. Prices will increase depending on what kind of leather is being used and the style of the boot. Saddles start out at $2500 and depending on the amount of tooling and style of the saddle the prices will increase from there.

Mark recently finished this full carved saddle with both hawthorn and pasqueflower flowers. It has a full quill ostrich seat and took roughly one hundred hours to complete. It’s headed to Missouri for a very nice birthday present.
