Last Saturday marked the beginning of Farmers Market Season! Jerome and I started the year at and excited to sell out nearly an hour before closing! It was soooo good seeing all your familiar faces and catching up. We appreciate everyone for showing up and showing love.

How do you hype yourself up when it’s your night to cook? I put on some music and get to work. I had my mind set on some lasagna and I paired it with some Apple Spinach Lemon Ginger juice. I added the spinach pulp to the ricotta mix for extra nutrition. Both came out delicious and I’m happy I get a break from the kitchen 😊.

Y’all know I love me a good activity date and exploring new places. Jerome planned a day trip to the DMV (D.C., Maryland, Virginia). We spent the afternoon going wherever our bikes would allow. Old Town Virginia is so charming and despite the snow, the weather was perfect. A day well spent ❤️

Your girl is 34 today 🙌🏾 First and foremost we thank God for another year of life. Year 33 was the year I matured in my walk with God, became a gym girlie, deepened the relationships I hold, pivoted into a new business, did more nature walks/hiking, traveled like crazy… I mean LIVED. This song has been stuck in my head all day. The lyric, “I’m shining because Jesus is taking care of me!” really resonated, because true 🤪🙌🏾.

Hey Kpellé Posse,
I know I’m late but I just want to give God thanks. From May to October Jerome and I went headfirst into our juicing business. Now y’all know I’ve been juicing since 2020, so this wasn’t anything new. What was challenging though was scaling from 20 juices a week to 200! God has been so faithful in blessing me with supportive family and friends, connecting me to the right resources & genuine people, and strengthening my marriage by way of teamwork and communication. What an exciting first farmers market season it was and it’s not over yet! We have a few holiday dates coming up beginning 11/22, so keep your eyes peeled. Thank you all for your ongoing support!

Our Wedding Anniversary Trip was nothing short of amazing. In true Jerome fashion, he planned everything. He would send me emails and update the word document itinerary, so everything was booked ahead of time. The view from our hotel was 🤌🏾 and its proximity to a majority of our activities was perfect (shout out to ). We did a 7hr drive there and stayed 4 days. Each day was a different view the falls and we did not get tired marveling at its beauty. Y’all know we stayed chasing waterfalls while we were dating and plan on continuing well into our marriage. We hope our future kids will enjoy it as much as we do. Niagara Falls, next to , is certainly one to remember. This trip was a beautiful way to commemorate our marriage. We’re one year down and I look forward to many more.
