Today is considered one of the luckiest days of this year - if not *the* luckiest. It’s especially helpful for recognizing what wants to expand in your life, and finding the confidence and drive to move toward it.

What’s trying to come through in a bigger way is already speaking through the ideas and downloads that refuse to leave you alone. What keeps returning may be pointing toward a gift, shift, or part of your purpose that is ready to be reclaimed.

A simple practice for working with today’s energy:
1. Take a clearing bath. I love an Epsom salt soak, as long as it works for your system. You can also add herbs or flowers that resonate with you. Let the water clear away stagnant energy and old stories so you can hear yourself more clearly.

2. Sit with two questions:
—What am I willing to fiercely stand for?
—Beneath the societal noise, expectations, and surface-level wants, what do I truly burn for?

Journal, meditate, or connect with these questions however you fancy. the intention is to reconnect with your inner fire ~ the life force and conviction needed to initiate lasting shifts and claim your gifts.

Your sacral center is connected to pleasure, creativity, desire, movement, and receptivity. Supporting it can look like:

1. Doing hip openers with music on ~ just let the movement feel good. It doesn’t have to be a workout.

2. Eating something with your hands ~ choose something juicy, soft, sticky, fragrant like mango, berries, bread dipped in oil. Let yourself fully feel the flavors + taste the textures.

3. Wearing something that moves when you move ~ silk skirt, waist beads, an anklet, loose fabric, anything that helps you feel your body in motion.

4. Making something just because ~ paint, cut, build, dig, bake, arrange flowers, or play with clay (without needing the result to be useful or impressive or shareable).

5. Letting someone who loves you delight you ~ practice receiving the surprise instead of managing the experience. Let them choose the dessert, the playlist, the flowers, the route. 

6. Working with crystals ~ carnelian, sunstone, amber, orange calcite (DM for a personal rec)
