Finally Summer on Cape Cod…

And it just hits differently!

Whether you’re a local or a visitor, you get it. There’s no place like the Cape in Summer!

It’s the Hyannis HyArts Artist Shanties!!

And…I’m so exciting and thrilled to be back here for my seventh season! This weekend and next, June 5-7 down at Bismore Park right on Hyannis Harbor. Be sure to visit as I’ll have lots of new handcrafted Treasure’s to see! 🩵

Swipe to see the map. It is so easy to PARK AND WALK right over and visit both locations, Harbor Overlook and Bismore Park, along the
Walkway-to-the-Sea from Hyannis Main Street to Hyannis Harbor.

Free parking at Barnstable Town Hall public parking lot or pay to park right on Ocean Street. Visit all twelve of the artist shanties and the local, Cape Cod, artists and creatives!

Discover handcrafted jewelry, ceramic pottery, photography, fine art, woodworking, mixed media art, watercolorists, metal work art and so much more!

Ring of Fire…

It’s All about Rings this Summer and they are Fire! 🔥 🩵🔥

These wearable ceramic rings are created, by me, using small pieces of stoneware clay. I form the clay and create the different shapes. Then I carve, by hand, using a pottery stylist tool to make the waves and lines in each ring.

Then they are fired for a first time in the kiln in my home studio. Next I glaze (paint) each piece using colorful glazes and small tiny brushes. Then back in the kiln for a second firing!
Lastly, I epoxy the ceramic pieces to the Stainless steel and/or gold plated Adjustable ring bases! Yes, most of them are adjustable to fit all different size fingers!
Not all of them are adjustable, but All of them are Unique! And I know there’s going to be a ring 💍 for you this Summer!
