Phew! 3 full days!
Sourcing pieces is just the beginning!
Once I get it home, there’s the cleaning, deciding what’s gonna be what, the painting, adding transfers, distressing, sealing and gilding. It’s a process for sure.
This time I added something new! Air dry clay!! Took a little practice but I think they turned out pretty good!
What’s your fave piece?
Mine is the simple gilded nativity on wood block and the double tray with the squirrel. But honestly I’m proud of them all. I strive to put my best into every piece.
