Start your week off grounded and strong with a Sunday morning yoga flow at Kodiak Hollow! 🌊 I have two classes to fit your needs or your schedule.

☀️ 7:30am - Root to Rise
We’ll begin low and grounded in round one, rise to our feet in round two, and explore balance in round three, with time to play with our peak pose: Dancer’s Pose.

☀️ 9:00am - Wild & Free Flow
Less precise than my other flow classes, this one guides you into shapes and encourages you to explore them in ways that feel natural to your body, leading to our peak pose of Fallen Star. We also focus deeply on breathwork, using long exhales to invite release.

New in the Hollow 🖤 These Black Opals feel deeply grounding and protective — a stone often connected with transformation, intuition, and emotional healing during times of change.

Their smoky swirls of ember, chocolate, cream, and gold formed over millions of years as silica-rich water settled into ancient rock, creating these earthy little worlds frozen in stone. Stop in and see them in person this weekend!✨

🫶 Deep Core Flow | Sunday 7:30 AM
Build strength from the inside out. We’ll wake up the deep core muscles that support your spine, posture, and stability in everything you do.

🫶 Root & Rise | Sunday 9:00 AM
We start grounded, then build heat and confidence as we move into strong, empowering balancing postures to help you feel centered, steady, and uplifted.

Every class includes a full experience: warm-up, flow, playful peak pose time, cool-down, and a deeply restful savasana (yes… with cozy blankets + heated eye pillows 😉)
