✨ THIS SATURDAY at WizardFest, the goblins are opening the vault!

The Goblin Trade Table will be filled with strange, curious, and completely random treasures collected, bartered, and possibly “acquired” by the goblins. 👀

Here’s how it works: Bring a treasure of your own to trade, choose something from the Goblin Trade Table, and make the swap! It doesn’t have to be valuable—a trinket, oddity, tiny treasure, handmade item, or something you think a goblin would love will do. The goblins don’t care about fancy. They care about interesting.

So dig through your drawers, pockets, craft stash, pile of books, or treasure box and bring something worthy of the vault. You never know what you might trade for!
And the best part? It’s free fun at WizardFest! ✨

✨Stromalite✨Some things take a really, really long time to become what they are and Stromatolite is one of the oldest records of life on Earth. It formed as layers of microorganisms built up and hardened over incredibly long periods of time. Basically, ancient life… turned to stone.

It feels fitting that stromatolite is associated with grounding, ancient wisdom, patience, and transformation. A pretty beautiful reminder that we don’t have to rush the process. Growth can happen slowly, one layer at a time.🤎

Join me tomorrow night for a fun, playful Arm Balance Workshop! 🤸

No big expectations. Nothing to prove. Just a supportive space to explore, laugh, cheer each other on, and learn some skills you can take home and continue practicing. We’ll begin with a slow flow to warm up the body, then spend some extra time exploring a few arm-balance peak poses, followed by a cool-down and Savasana. Think of it like your usual Vinyasa class, but with a little more play, a lot more laughter, and plenty of time to experiment, encourage one another, and enjoy the process. Let’s have some fun!
