Three Hispanic guys ,this one In pic is the one that is sent into the stores are going around pulling what’s called a “bait and switch”. They pull out real jewelry for you to test and always have a good story behind the need to sell quick and then once you pull out the money they switch it with a bag of identical fake stuff that they had set aside. We’re are very trained at our stores so we didn’t fall victim to it!! However after being run out of our store they went right up the street in Denton and attempted again.....
Denton Pd has been informed and are on it.

Rules to live by in this business:
-If they back into a parking spot, they are up to no good!
- if they walk up to the store and you didn’t see them get out of their car (because they have a driver) know that they don’t want the car to be spotted and for good reason... up to no good.
- if it doesn’t feel right, run them out! Up to no good.
- make sure your staff is trained and have trigger fingers that are always fresh and you have one on the hip, it’s a good deterrent if it’s not needed to be a solution!

I pray Denton PD is on the hustle and catches these pieces of s**t before they walk into the wrong store on the right day! A jail cell is better for “his mom” to find him in than a body bag.
Jewelers and gold buyers train your staff on the nasty art of bait and switch. People are desperate!
