That's why the Beer Institute is proud to recognize Keith Miller, Director of Brewing Operations at F.X. Matt Brewing Co., as one of our BEST IN BREW honorees.

Keith has dedicated 38 years to F.X. Matt and the brewing community, working his way up from the production floor to lead brewing operations for the brewery. Known for his passion for brewing quality and continuous improvement, Keith’s expertise has helped drive world-class products, stronger safety standards and innovation both for F.X. Matt and across the industry.

Beyond his operational impact, Keith is a dedicated mentor and active participant in brewing education through the Master Brewers Association of the Americas.

It’s BEER-CLEAN GLASS DAY...
..and yes, a clean beer glass matters.

Even if your glass looks clean to the naked eye, tiny traces of grease, soap or towel lint can kill foam and dull flavor.

When washing your beer glasses, use cool water and an odorless detergent, then let them air dry.

Right before serving, give the glass a quick cold rinse for better foam, better aroma and a better drinking experience overall.
