General Wesley Clark, He commanded an infantry company in the Vietnam War, where he was shot four times and awarded a Silver Star for gallantry in combat. Clark served as the Supreme Allied Commander Europe of NATO from 1997 to 2000, commanding Operation Allied Force during the Kosovo War. He spent 34 years in the U.S. Army, receiving many military decorations, several honorary knighthoods, and the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
25 years later, General Wesley Clark, in The Hague primarily involves his testimony as a defense witness for former Kosovo President Hashim Thaรงi, rather than a singular "speech." His multi-day testimony, concluded in November 2025, focused on the structure of the Kosovo Liberation Army (KLA) and the nature of the 1999 conflict!
