Our first-ever watch has returned: Allow me to reintroduce you to the Lesablier AVQ ⌚️✈️

Lesablier began operations in 2017 with the Aviateur VQ - or AVQ for short. Those of you who know me personally know I’m a huge aviation enthusiast. As such, I wanted our initial release to tie into my passion for planes and aerospace
-
And so, both Lesablier and the AVQ were born. AVQ is a pure-24 hour watch, showing the time exclusively in 24-hour format. Designed with utility and legibility in mind , this was built as a modern tool watch inspired by the Flieger-style pieces of the 40’s, 50’s and 60’s.

While it may look different than what we have recently released, the idea is the same: a vintage concept reincarnated with modern technology and watchmaking savoir-faire.

The AVQ left our catalog a few years ago, but we have decided to bring it back with the opening of our new boutique. It’s only fitting that our first step into the retail space brings back the watch that started it all.

Last night we officially opened the doors to our new boutique! 🏢

Before I go any further, I just want to say it was incredible to have so many people show up and support this new chapter for us. I am beyond grateful to everyone who came by - so many faces, both familiar and new. And so many Lesabliers on those wrists. Thank you so much to everyone who came, and a special shout out to those who helped make it happen!

Along with the boutique opening, we had the opportunity to show off our new Temporis Sauterelle timepiece. We gave attendees early access to pre-orders ahead of the August 3rd launch and are already seeing great interest for these watches.

Our boutique is located in Falls Church, VA and is operated in partnership with Falk Watches. It is available to visit Monday - Saturday by appointment only. Appointments can be booked either through our website (via our Contact page) or via the Falk Watches site. All watches we have in-stock can be purchased on site. The Temporis Sauterelle will be available to try on and pre-order at the boutique as well.

Temporis Sauterelle Malachite 🟢

This variation features a natural malachite stone slice as the dial. I firmly believe that a jump-hour watch is the best to show off a stone dial, due to the amount of dial real-estate available.

I believe that concept is especially relevant in this particular ex*****on: the negative space allows the wearer to enjoy the beautiful malachite “stripes” as they move across the dial.

Other than the Openworked, every version of the Temporis Sauterelle comes with a stone dial.

Our last green dial watch featured Arabic hours, and technically this one can too. All variations of the Temporis Sauterelle can be ordered with an Arabic-language hour disk.

Temporis Sauterelle will be available to pre-order starting August 3. Attendees of our event tomorrow, July 30 will have early access to pre-order.

We’ve been hard at work ⌛️

You’ve seen some teasers earlier, but here is the clearest look yet. Those that have followed us for a while know our design language is primarily 1960s, 70s and 80s inspired - and that story is incomplete without a tonneau shaped watch.

Temporis is not a single watch, but rather a line of pieces. The first model will be unveiled soon, and I am beyond excited to show it off! Stay tuned via Instagram, our mailing list and our website to be the first to see the Temporis.

TEMPORIS: The next chapter in our story.

I’m excited to show you a glimpse of what we’ve been working on for the last 2 years. It’s no secret that our watches watches are inspired by the progression of design in the 60s, 70s and 80s - and that’s a story that can’t be told without a tonneau shaped watch.
-
TEMPORIS will be a multi-model collection , featuring a couple different complications and sizes. The first piece in the collection will be unveiled in the coming months, with the second to follow later this year.

This is a piece that’s near and dear to my heart and I can’t wait to show it to everyone when it’s ready! Stay tuned for some more teasers in the next few weeks.

Travelgraph Universalis “Miami” 🌴 🏖️

After it’s unveiling in July, Universalis “Miami” is finally here. Built as a collaboration between .watch.club and .watches , this Universalis is built to embody nighttime in Miami - bold, vibrant and most of all, distinctive.

The case, bracelet and buckle have been treated with black DLC, while the map, hands and dial have been refreshed in classic Miami colors. Lastly, “MIAMI” is now the reference city for GMT-5/-4 (Eastern time) and a pink marker has been placed on southern Florida on the map

Universalis “Miami” was exclusively made available to members of .watch.club , and all 50 pieces sold out on launch day back in July. We are beyond excited to deliver them in person on Monday, 12/15 at .
