Sometimes the studio isn’t beads or bottles or a half-finished idea on the table.
Sometimes it’s just this.
A handful of marigolds, ridiculously bright, growing their little hearts out in the Nevada sun.

I grow good marigolds. 😂

A little sneak peek at the start of a fresh custom order. ✨
These beads were handpicked by a very special client, and they were absolutely worth the hunt and the wait. Dark, smoky, metallic, with little flashes of unexpected color — they’re even better in person.
Now the fun part begins: turning all of this sparkle into something completely her own.
Custom work is one of my favorite parts of what I do. 🖤

Studio life at Ederra is a team effort.
I design. I bead. I formulate. I photograph.
He supervises.
His primary responsibilities include quality control, unauthorized snack breaks, and periodically farting so violently that I reconsider my workspace.
Today he graciously agreed to model with Veil Polishing Sugar Scrub + Cleansing Polish.
He accepts payment in treats.
Management has received no complaints.
Management is also me. 😂

Working on a fun little Etsy order, one tiny bead at a time. There’s something oddly satisfying about turning this glorious mess into something pretty. 😂

Today is a pretty exciting day for Ederra.

I'm so happy to introduce Nevada Roadside—a new collection of greeting cards featuring my original photographs of the vintage signs, motels, theaters, and roadside landmarks that make Nevada unforgettable.

From the Victory Motel in Wells to the Pioneer Hotel and Telescope Lanes in Elko, each card celebrates a small piece of Nevada's history and the places that continue to tell its story.

Every card is printed from my own photography, left blank inside for your personal message, and includes a kraft envelope.

This first collection includes seven designs, and it's only the beginning. I can't wait to continue exploring Nevada's back roads and adding more of the Silver State's unique landmarks to the series.
