In this topsy turvy world we all need to look at things with a new perspective.
Are you afraid? Take a deep breath, exhale and say “I am brave”. Believe what you hear.
Do you feel isolated? Connect. Shout out the window, talk by phone, FaceTime, Skype.
Feeling lethargic? Do some jumping jacks, sit ups, go up and down stairs, lift weights. If you don’t have any weights you’re wrong. Look in your cabinets. Canned food, detergent bottle, milk jug, bag of sugar ... any little bit helps.
