When I first started my crystal business, I never felt comfortable talking about the spiritual properties of crystals. Not because I didn’t believe there was something there… but because I didn’t understand where that information was actually coming from.

It’s easy to read something in a book or online and repeat it. But for me, that never felt right. I couldn’t embody it. And people who seek out crystal healing are often in vulnerable places. It just didn’t sit well with me morally to make a sale based on spiritual claims that I didn’t truly understand for myself.

So for a long time, I simply focused on the beauty of the stones. But a few years ago, all of that changed. After an ayahuasca ceremony, herbalism training, and years of meditation practice, my intuition started opening in a way I had never experienced before. My inner vision became incredibly clear, my third eye was wide open 👁️

Now when I sit in meditation with a crystal, it’s like entering a conversation or watching a movie in 3D. I receive impressions, sensations, images, sometimes even full stories about the stone and how it works energetically.

Here’s my meditation and mood board with smoky quartz. Curious, does this resonate with anyone? ✨

In my mind’s eye I was deep in meditation on top of a mountain surrounded by darkness and chaos, yet held in a sphere of protection. A steady masculine energy appeared as a samurai, deflecting anything that wished to harm me.

Then I was standing high in the Dolomites (my happy place 🥰) flowers swaying all around me. The samurai was still there, protecting me.

Then he showed me my heart. It was wrapped in chains.
“You’re safe to open your heart,” he said.

The chains slowly began to fall, and I could feel my chest expanding with light pouring into my heart ❤️

If crystals had a mood board…

These images reflect my encounter with the spirit of Green Apophyllite + Mordenite and Basalt ✨

As I closed my eyes, I was instantly transported to the vast, open sea. My body melted into the gentle currents, feeling completely relaxed and fluid. The spirit of green Apophyllite appeared before me as a breathtakingly beautiful mermaid, embodying the divine feminine. Her presence reminded me of our innate power when we surrender and flow with life’s currents.

Mordenite’s essence manifested as a school of angelic white pufferfish, their ethereal forms gliding through the water. As they encircled me, I felt my form shift, and I too became a mermaid. With each pass of the pufferfish, I could sense my mental chatter dissipating, leaving my mind clear and at peace.

Seeking deeper healing, I was guided to the ocean floor. There, the pufferfish began creating an intricate mandala in the sand, inviting me to lie upon it. As I settled onto this sacred geometry, a sudden, intense sensation pierced through me - a pitchfork stabbing into my stomach and anchoring me to the ground. This abrupt action twisted and extracted the fears and worries I had been harboring in my sacral chakra. As these negative energies were pulled away, I felt an immense sense of freedom and relief wash over me.

The pufferfish, representing the ether element of Mordenite, danced around me, their movements facilitating healing after the removal of my fears. I could feel my heart chakra opening, pulsing with a gentle, loving energy. The water element surrounding me enhanced my ability to go with the flow, dissolving any remaining doubts.

Throughout this journey, I sensed the grounding presence of Basalt beneath me, providing a stable foundation for this transformative experience. As the meditation drew to a close, I felt a profound clarity of mind, my thoughts as crystal clear as the waters around me….

Red Fox Agate holds the frequency of fire, transformation, and deep ancestral healing. In meditation, it guided me through molten lava—an intense but oddly gentle current of death and rebirth. I felt old identities, generational trauma, and societal conditioning dissolve into the flame. At the core, I was met by my ancestors—steady, supportive, and protective. I came out the other side clearer, stronger, and more like myself.

This is a stone for anyone walking through fire… and choosing to rise anyway.

Red phantom quartz is always by my side during my intuitive readings—usually at my feet. It’s a root chakra crystal, and I learned from one of my teachers to place a crystal there as a way to ground into the earth’s energy rather than pulling from my own. Especially when tapping into someone else’s field, this has helped me hold space, feel protected, and not completely drained.

I don’t usually feel crystal energy in the way a lot of people describe—like holding a stone and feeling a physical sensation. That’s just never been my experience. But I do connect with the spirit of a crystal through guided meditation. That’s how I’ve come to understand their energetic and spiritual properties ❤️
