Wow… that was a rough one. But I’m so grateful we made it through ok. For those of you who don’t know, I live on the big island of Hawaii. I’m sure the news has shown the absolute devastation that Hurricane Lala wrought. My son and I, and of course the cats, prepped as best we could, and we are so grateful that we did not have significant damage at our house. We’ve been without power or Internet and cell since Saturday morning until just a few hours ago. The sweet relief of that AC clicking on was crazy! I did not know you could sweat from your eyelids but yes, yes you can. I just wanted to drop a note to say that we’re doing OK. I know many of our island neighbors are not. I’ll be updating more as I learned how to best help. XOXO Kalli

Aloha my friends! Holy smokes, the website’s been down for three days but she’s finally back up! I’m in the middle of quite an online transition right now and doing something new and fabulous. There might be a few bumps in the road as we get it all figured out, but looking forward to an updated shopping experience coming soon!

I’ve been quiet over here. Sometimes it’s hard after the rush of the holidays to get back to the bench and back to art. It’s also hard to celebrate creating when the world feels so terribly upside down. I’m grateful there’s a beach nearby that I can take a walk on and find scattered hearts at my feet. Please let me share this one with you and my wish that you find peace in your day. I’ll be sharing new things soon, and plan on having a fabulous Valentine’s sale. But today doesn’t feel like the day to talk about it. For today, I just wish you all peace.
