Breathwork at Santosha is back!!!!
Step into a deeply nourishing breathwork experience created specifically for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. This gentle yet powerful session is designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, support emotional balance, and reconnect you with your body during this season of change.
Through guided breathwork, grounding meditation, and restorative relaxation, you will learn supportive breathing techniques that can be used anytime you need them in everyday life. These practices may help with stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, sleep struggles, tension, hot flashes, and moments when your nervous system feels overstimulated or depleted.
Together, we will focus on releasing tension, regulating the body, and creating space for rest, clarity, and self connection. This is not about “fixing” yourself. It is about honoring the transitions your body is moving through with compassion, softness, and support.
