Starting May 19, we’re offering Limited Capacity Walk-In Shopping at Kendra Scott at Woodland Hills! This new way of shopping will allow you to visit us whenever you want during store hours, while still following all recommended social distancing practices.

The health of both our employees and customers continue to be our priority, which is why we’re taking every precaution to ensure a safe shopping experience. These precautions include requiring that stores are professionally cleaned prior to opening in addition to comprehensive cleaning measures throughout each day. Every KS team member will wear a mask and complete both a health screening and temperature check prior to their shifts. Here’s how Limited Capacity Walk-In Shopping works:

1. Prior to arriving at the store, please review the Retail Customer Self-Screening Process at https://www.kendrascott.com/curbside.html. If you have any of the symptoms listed, please do not visit the store.

2. Once you arrive, you will see a team member monitoring how many people are in the store. If we have not reached our limit, you will be allowed in. If we are at capacity, we will ask that you wait outside and adhere to social distancing guidelines.

3. We recommend that all customers wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth when visiting the store (our KS team members will be wearing them too!). Masks are required at certain locations, but not at all. Please find your store here to see if masks are required at your store. If you forget a mask, unfortunately we will not be able to provide you with one.

4. Once in the door, you will be asked to adhere to social distancing guidelines to practice touch-less shopping. Please do not touch or try on any product, and instead ask a Stylist for help.

5. When checking out, we will not be able to accept cash for purchases. Please come prepared with credit card payment (any debit card will be run as credit) or ask about our other touchless payment options. In addition, please do not bring items for returns or exchanges, as we will not be able to process them at this time.

New! Call-In for Curbside Pickup! Available daily from 11am-7pm on Monday through Saturday, and 12-6pm on Sunday. Orders places after 5pm may not be available until the following day.

How it Works:

1. Explore our latest collections online. On each product page, you can click “Curbside Pickup” to see if your local store has that style in stock.

2. Call your local store any day between 10am-7pm with the requested styles and our team will process your payment over the phone. Orders places after 5pm may not be available until the following day.

3. We’ll get everything packaged, and text you with instructions when we’re ready for pickup! Completed orders can be picked up between 10am-7pm daily.

4. Text us when you arrive, and a KS team member wearing a mask and gloves will perform a contactless delivery while social distancing outside the store.
