Because I am not busy enough...I am now in school to become a personal trainer and nutritionist.
This little tidbit of information can be used for good or evil 😉
Did you know.... In a study of 17,000 Harvard graduates, Dr. Ralph Paffenbarger found that men who expended approximately 300 calories a day (the equivalent of walking briskly for 45 minutes) reduced their death rates from all causes by an extraordinary 28 percent and lived an average of more than two years longer than their sedentary classmate.
Oh...and...I got an award. 🤷♀️
