All good things must come to an end. We are sad to announce that after 17 years of serving our community, Silverado Portland has closed it's doors. We will miss you all so much, dear artists and beloved customers! We hope you are all staying well and healthy in these strange times.

Due to the COVID-19 situation after today March 19th we are closing until further notice. We hope it is a short closure and we can all get back to our normal everyday lives as soon as possible. Silverado Portland Jewelry Friends, we are open and here for you in this time of uncertainty. Our shop will be open 10-5:30 Monday – Saturday, and 12-5 on Sunday, to offer you a space of comfort and happiness.
Our main concern is keeping our customers and employees safe and healthy. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our store. In addition to the normal cleaning that happens each day, we are taking guidance from the CDC to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all. That means…
1. Throughout the day, we’re disinfecting the store, especially in high-traffic and high-touch areas. We always have alcohol swabs available for jewelry as well.
2. Our team is taking extra hand-washing breaks; there is hand sanitizer at the register and we have disinfectant wipes available for customers if needed.
3. Any of our staff that are not feeling well will be staying home, for quick recovery and the safety of others.
4. If you’re not feeling well or don’t feel comfortable leaving home, you can shop our online store and call us about any jewelry you see on social media to place orders over the phone. We are happy to work with customers remotely, and we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all purchases!
5. Want to support us, but don’t have an immediate jewelry need? We have beautiful gift certificates that can be purchased over the phone and mailed to you (or a loved one)—these do not expire! A little support goes a long way!
