Happy Monday everyone! I have a ton of awesome things in store for Sun & Stone this year as well as some major changes! 🥰

First let’s cover the Mother’s Day sale & giveaway! This is the first of the 5 sales I’ll have this year.

The sale starts today and ends Sunday, January 16th, 2022 at 9pm EST. The giveaway winner will be chosen that night!

Now let’s move onto the changes! Shipping kits will no longer be apart of the ordering process. Instead of waiting on a kit to arrive you can now go ahead and ship your inclusions to me immediately upon placing an order. Once an order is placed you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions on how to ship your inclusions to me in the most efficient way possible! 😊

Last but not least there are a few changes to the customer service side of things as well. Previously I responded to emails/DM’s and updated the Order Status page basically whenever I had the chance, but in honor of being a little more organized in 2022, I’ll now be doing these on a schedule. 😅 Emails/DM’s will be answered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and the order Status page will be updated on those days as well!

I hope these changes will make Sun & Stone better than ever and I can’t wait to see who the lucky giveaway winner is! 🥰

The last package of shipping supplies I was waiting on has arrived and now ALL shipping kits have been sent out! If you haven’t received yours yet, you will get it soon! 😊

Most of the completed orders have been dropped off at the post office as well excluding a few that needed another clear coat. Those few will be dropped off first thing in the morning.

Tonight I will be finishing up orders whose inclusions were received between 9/21-9/30 and starting on orders with inclusions received between 10/1-10/10.

The client had a very specific design idea for her ring as she wanted the gold flakes and crushed ruby to have a “cascading” effect towards one side of the bezel with breast milk in the background. I think it turned out absolutely beautiful! ❤️

Did you know that you can leave design ideas or inclusion placement specifications in the notes during checkout? It’s probably the easiest way to let me know how you want your piece designed! By following that note I can ensure that your jewelry comes out exactly how you envisioned it! 😍

Announcement:

If you received an email with tracking information on Friday, November 12th I can assure you that your jewelry was taken to the post office on Monday, November 15th.

The problem is that a large portion of the packages dropped off that day haven’t been scanned in.

I went to my local post office yesterday (around 12pm) with a list of tracking numbers that I gave to the customer service clerk. The clerk went in the back with my list and then returned to tell me that the packages aren’t lost, they’re just in the back waiting to be shipped and that they would get them shipped out that day. Fast forward to this morning and they STILL have not been scanned it.

If they don’t show any movement today, I will go back up there tomorrow and open claims on each package that they’ve been holding all this time. If one of these packages is yours, please know that I fully understand your frustration with this delay and that I’m doing my best to get things moving with USPS. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding!

I usually do the last sale of the year in December, but this year I’m doing it early because I want to make sure that the engraved pendants will arrive by Christmas. This is the perfect solution for those who might’ve missed the cut-off date for DNA keepsakes to be finished by Christmas! 🥰
