PLEASE BE AWARE!!
-Another company has begun using our name.
-We are the "Original" West Coast Cowgirl.
-The West Coast Cowgirl name is officially filed as a fictitous company name under an LLC in California, and has been since 2006.
-Our products are still american made and we do not sell retail.
Many people have called and asked questions about orders they thought were placed with our company, and why they shipped from China? I have spoken to many of you and am so sorry for the trouble you are having.
The information below is to help you contact the company, who is using our name, to file your complaints and grievances.
THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW!
1. We do not have a website to order from. We have one facebook site. The purpose of this post is to direct the customers who ordered off a website with our name. People are calling us daily (multiple times) and leaving reviews with many complaints and issues regarding orders from a website we don't have. Hope this helps you.
2. Their website says they were established in 1999. Their corporate business filings are on record with the Sec. Of State, in Colorado. Their business, using our name, was established in 2016.
4. Please do not leave reviews about your disappointment with them on our page. If you have done so, please remove them. For those of you who did remove them, thank you.
5. They have no contact information on their website. Meaning a phone # or address. Below, for your convenience, is the business filing using our name filed in Colorado. It includes a contact address and name. Included, is a phone number to the Colorado Dept of Law/The Office of the Attorney General whom you may contact with your complaints if you can't contact the company. Also, for your convenience, a link to the consumer complaint form from the Attorney Generals office. It looks easy to fill out. You may use it for your complaints if you can't reach the company who sold you the products.
