Sorry folks, I've just not been able to post for some time. Life, stress, health, it all compounds and takes a toll. I'm trying to get in a better groove again. My creative juices are slowly beginning to flow.
Great news is, I spent the past 2 days, Sunday and Monday making jelly. Something I have not been able to make myself do since Dec 14, 2023.

The BEST Jalapeno Jelly you'll ever put in your mouth and the most popular of my jellies, Mustang Grape. I have had several 94 plus year old customers try my Mustang Grape Jelly and tell me"I've been eating this jelly all my life and this is the BEST I have ever had"!

I grew up helping her make it like she did with her mother and her mother before her.
If you've never tried it then you need to go to KINCL House of Antiques, LLC and get some before it sells out because grapes won't be ready for picking until June into July.
