"Some of my favorite childhood memories were made during long summer days at Virginia Beach and drives around the Chesapeake Bay. As the sun slipped below the horizon, the water reflected shades of violet, blue, and pink, and for just a few moments, the whole world seemed quieter. That feeling has stayed with me ever since.
Chesapeake at Twilight was born from those memories.
Inspired by that fleeting hour between day and night, it begins as a rich, moody purple. As it dries,soft blue and pink undertones slowly emerge, changing with the light and the angle of the page. Beneath it all, a delicate silver shimmer catches the eye like the last glimmer of sunlight dancing across the water.
It's an ink that changes as you watch it—much like the sky that inspired it.
Every line carries a little piece of those summer evenings, and every page becomes a reminder that some of life's most beautiful moments are also the most fleeting.
