♥️ OUR customer bought this bracelet 40 years ago for one of her two brothers. She brought it in to see if we could change the name of the bracelet. You see, one of them was called to heaven. She decided to give her other brother the beautiful bracelet. Now, Michael will be reminded of how much love sibling has for each other ! ♥️♥️♥️

❤️❤️ Both of our customers parents passed away and she inherited her mother’s 1950’s Diamond Watch And her father’s ring. She wanted to combine the two and make something special for her. After giving it some thought, I decided to design a ring for her. We took the watch apart and melted her father’s ring to make the shank. We added an oval shaped Blue Topaz to the center and made the ring.
I’m very proud of my design because it turned out absolutely GORGEOUS ‼️‼️

AND…. I have a story to tell….back in the 1950’s my father, Guido Morana had this ring designed by the famous Jewelry House in Palermo called FIORENTINO. The mold was thrown away and there was only ONE ring made. My father brought it back to Havana, Cuba and gave it to my mother.
When Castro came to power my mother and I left Cuba in 1961, while my father stayed there for 7 months trying to save the business.
At that time Castro had taken over our business and was just waiting for a telegram to give him permission to leave and fly to Miami. Out of desperation, my father was going to leave the island on a raft in the middle of the night. My nanny begged my father not to leave. That day the telegram arrived and my father was able to leave in the morning. The raft that my father was going to be on parished and everyone drowned.
My father knew he was going to be striped search him at the airport, so, he decided to carve the heel of his shoe and put my mother’s ring in his sole. At the airport, they searched him, he was naked and the militia was ready to search his shoes. The plane was leaving and they told him to put on his clothes and go to the plane. My father was able to get out and also my mother’s ring. This ring not only represents to us immense love and freedom, but to our family it’s priceless. Not even a million dollars would be enough to buy it. To this day it remains in our family and it will be treasured forever. ♥️
