Myth #1: White gold is more expensive.
Reality: Not really. White gold just requires more maintenance and is coated with rhodium, which gives it that spectacular shine.
Myth #2: If I buy a ring today and sell it tomorrow, will I get the same value?
Reality: No. It’s like a car: once you take it out, it’s considered “used.” The value depends on the gold weight and craftsmanship. It only becomes an investment if, over the years, the gold market price goes up.
Myth #3: Platinum is worth more than gold.
Reality: As a metal, no. Gold is actually more costly. The difference is that platinum is harder to work with, making platinum jewelry more expensive due to labor, not the material itself.
