Our founder and Principal Engineer recognized a need for innovative, high quality environmental engineering and consulting services. NovelE started out with the technical expertise of Ms. Grudin and the design vision of her daughter, Camille. NovelE has grown year over year to offer a full range of engineering, geology and hydrogeology services. Our Team provides a well-rounded, complete suite of

environmental consulting to serve your individual needs. NovelE is a small company with sustainability at its core. Following the vision of our Founder, NovelE focuses on American-made products and green practices enabling us to provide unique consulting services at competitive prices. NovelE offers a full range of turnkey environmental and civil engineering and consulting services utilizing innovative, but proven technologies, while maintaining a high level of client care. NovelE has the varied experience and expertise to streamline implementation of our environmental projects creating a “well-oiled machine” for our clientele. The key to NovelE’s success is our staff’s dedication to ethics and principles leading our clients to cost-effective solutions for their environmental needs. The average experience level of our technical staff is over 20 years. NovelE is federally certified as an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-owned Small Business (EDWOSB) and is certified with the 8(a) Business Development Program. NovelE is also certified as a Women-owned small business with local municipalities and the State of Florida Office of Supplier Diversity. NovelE is also certified as a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) with several entities and as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) under the Uniform Certification Program (UCP) with the Department of Transportation (DOT). Within these programs, we have provided sub-consulting services for entities such as Hillsborough Transit Authority (HART), the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD), the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) and the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA).

Celebrating a Decade of NovelEsolutions, Inc.! 🎉

Ten years is a decade, a true milestone, and a huge chunk of a lifetime. NovelEsolutions was incorporated ten years ago today. As President, I remember where I was that day, at that time, and it honestly feels like both yesterday and forever ago.

Our client base is all due to referrals from my friends, family, and work colleagues. Thank you to each of you for your faith in me to serve your environmental and engineering needs. Every time a new client walks in the door, I am so honored and grateful for my professional network and my industry reputation.

My goal in starting NovelEsolutions was not only to provide high-quality consulting services but also to create a business where people wanted to work. I was told once that “your staff wants to do a good job for you,” and that has stuck with me over the years. Work can be fun, and I want our team to be happy here and love what they do every day.

NovelEsolutions was awarded a 4-year, $400,000 IDIQ with the US Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District. Our team is out on the stunning reservoirs of Kentucky this week enjoying boat life.

We are thankful to support the Water Quality Team at Louisville on this unique project. It's our 4th year sampling these reservoirs and working with the great folks at the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center. Now this is what I call work-life balance! 😍
