Looking to get a house call scheduled for your grandfather clock? February was a pretty full month, but March has some openings and I have made an automated online appointment scheduler, so it'll streamline the process and help me perform more house calls.

In the mind of progression instead of regression, Seth, my nephew will be starting pretty quickly on the basics of horology and helpfully be helping his uncle finish up all of your guys' jobs! Thank you so much for your patience in these trying times.

In the interim, I have had a good associate help me double my rack space for house calls, so I will be reaching out to the stack of those waiting.

Thank you all for your patience in this sudden, abrupt, and hard transition. We aren't going anywhere and we will be back to normality very soon. Thank you so much again to everyone.

This is Matt, Steve's son. I just wanted to make a post to update and thank everyone that has had the compassion and patience in these hard times.

Our father, unfortunately and unexpectantly, passed away on December 4th. Many know already, but to those that don't, I want to rest assure that the business is and will continue.

I am 4th generation and have shadowed my father for over a decade. I am only a 1 man crew at the moment, so please bear with me while I catch up on the backlog. I am still moving forward though. The Time Shop is still fully operational, just half staffed.

My ultimate goal will be to get my nephew on board to help me out and shadow underneath me. He will be 5th generation eventually.

Not only is this a business, but it was a passion for my father, for myself, and now for my nephew. We will still be here, just like we have been for generations prior.
