He is Risen
My inspiration for this design is certainly Matthew 28:6. But my favorite verse is John 20:16. I envision Mary, outside the empty tomb, heart-broken, confused, weeping. And then, The Master's voice. Jesus called her name. How her heart must have leapt.
To me the symbol of Easter is that empty tomb, representing that life is eternal. And so I share with you my vision of what may have been.
I hope this work of love will touch your heart, rekindle the light of Christ, and bring you comfort.
