Carmel apple pie

heat the oven to 425 degrees
take out a 9-inch pie pan
add flour and grease
in a saucepan melt
1/2 cup of unsalted butter
then add in 3 tablespoons of flour
creating a paste-like goo
then add 1/4 cup water
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar too
reduce the heat and
let it simmer monitoring
this mixture in the
bottom of the 9-inch pan
place a pie crust
keep one for the top you must
adding eight peeled cored
and sliced apples
taking one or two samples
build them up with a
mound in the center
add the soft caramels
no need to measure
cut in a lattice pattern
place the remaining pastry
crust over the top of the apples
crossing them like a ribbon
pour the melted liquid slow
over the top of the raw dough
let's keep the mixture inside
so don't let it run off the sides
put the pie in the oven for
15 minutes no it is not finished
lower the heat to 350
degrees no testing yet please
continue baking for another
35 to 45 minutes or
until the apples are tender
warning do not cut the
pie in haste let it
cool before you taste
