Born from Vanessa’s personal journey with alopecia, Crown Conversations Foundation reflects her belief that a woman’s confidence, identity, and worth were never defined by her hair.

She understands that hair loss can be more than a physical change—it can affect how a woman sees herself, how she believes others see her, and whether she feels ready to step forward confidently.

Through vision, storytelling, relationship-building, speaking, and community leadership, Vanessa created CCF to provide women with meaningful conversations, education, support, and spaces where they can feel seen and celebrated.

After taking time away, Tiffany realized her heart was still right where it started. Reclaiming her place in 2022 brought back the genuine sisterhood and deep-rooted purpose in service that she missed so much. She reminds us that taking things slow and leaning on your sisters makes all the difference when returning.

Together, we showed up to uplift, support, and connect our community with essential resources, health education, and family services. When we come together, real impact happens!
