As locals who were born in the Brick and Toms River area, opening a store here was always a dream of ours. Growing up, we watched the Halloween parade on Main Street, spent time at the library and Huddy Park, and even had a grandparent who lived just a block away. This area has always held a special place in our hearts. We’re incredibly proud to be from Jersey and grateful we were able to share our love and passion for sneakers and vintage with our hometowns.
It’s hard to believe it’s been five years since we opened in Downtown Toms River. From our first location in Brick, then on 53 Main Street in TR to spending the last few years at 40 Main Street, the journey has been nothing short of incredible for us as not only cousins, but also friends.
Being a part of Downtown’s rebirth has been truly special. Watching it grow from just Java Joint and Capone’s into the the downtown it is today—filled with restaurants, bars, small businesses, and diverse cultures has been amazing to watch.
We want to thank all of our customers and neighbors. Building connections and being part of this community has meant everything to us especially opening here in Downtown after coming from our Brick location during the global pandemic.
With that said, we will be closing our store at 40 Main Street, Toms River, NJ on January 1st.
Come visit before we officially close, we would love to see you and chop it up!
